Step Into the Music™ is a gentle, joyful dance experience designed for adults 55+ who want to move, connect, and rediscover the pleasure of music.
Classes draw from ballroom and Latin dance traditions and focus on rhythm, posture, balance, and expression—without pressure or performance expectations. Whether you’re brand new to dance or returning after many years, you are welcome here.

Who This Program Is For
Step Into the Music™ is designed for adults 55+ of all experience levels.
You don’t need prior dance training, a partner, or special equipment—just a willingness to move and enjoy the music. Classes are structured to be inclusive, adaptable, and respectful of individual comfort levels.
