Twist & Thrive™ is a hands-on creative program designed for adults 55+ that combines playful balloon art with gentle movement, coordination, and imagination.
Participants learn simple balloon twisting techniques while engaging fine motor skills, problem-solving, and creative expression. The focus is on the process—exploring shapes, colors, and ideas—rather than creating something “perfect.”
